Directions:
Gradually add the bath salts to warm running water. After the salts have dissolved completely, fill the tub with water at 96 F (36 C). Avoid higher water temperature! Soak and relax for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with clear water (no soap) and rest for 30 minutes.
